I honestly sometimes still struggle with breakouts, discoloration etc so here are some of the things I use
When my complexion is dull, dry, or rough to the touch, my first plan of attack is always to scrape off dead skin and peach fuzz with my derma-planing tool. It’s my most effective (and visually satisfying) form of exfoliation, and by removing all that buildup, I ensure that my skin can fully absorb any creams and serums I use afterward. ( don’t use this if your currently breaking out or in a area where you are breaking out) personally the one on the left is more expensive but it does more and gets rid of dry skin more than the other one the one on the left is 75$ (can be bought on amazon) and on the right (can be bought from Sephora) 8$.

starting a plant based diet
starting a plant based is hard.. I started over two years ago slowly getting to it and honestly still not fully plant based I eat mostly plant based during the week but then the weekend comes and im like dsjkfhkhkfhk and binge eat something that has dairy or eggs. so I can say I have stayed pesckatarian for almost two full years. except when I went to Italy last year and had some prosciutto lol.
the reason I mostly transcitioned Is to it was because I was always getting weird acne on the side of my face and random MASSIVE inside pimples on my face. also I didn’t go to the bathroom like a regular person and had terrible skin. so I read the effects of going plant based. examples glowing skin , no acne, better skin ,faster digestion , less bloat many more. also how humans are better of just eating vegan also I saw how bad dairy really is for us and meat so I decided to try it now when I first started I loved carbssss. by love I mean love so I first started off with vegan chicken nuggets, vegan pizza, vegan pasta basically all processed foods I don’t really know why but I thought going vegan would mean less fattening?
so obviously I was gaining some weight and I did feel somewhat better tho ditching dairy and meats. so I started doing more research and realized that I was doing it all wrong. vegan means going more plant based and eating more vegetable fruits and things straight from earth not processed. so I always loved salads so it wasn’t that hard I started making salads everyday different ones at first they were pretty gross because um I. am not the best cook I am still learning. and I started really seeing a difference not completely on glowing that they say I had fewer breakouts. and I wasn’t bloated or constipated. so I decided to stick to it. eventually its hard so I started cheating and I noticed that its ok. so once a week I have something that probably has dairy or eggs maybe both lol or whenever I travel I don’t restrict myself like I usually do. recently I wanted to get plant based to get even better results like more fruits and vegetables I normally don’t eat due to getting weird hives on my body and rashes, excesma, 2 huge accesses (ill talk about that story on another post lol) and so on so now I am more going into juicing, green smoothies etc its all a process but I will talk on it on my next blog post.
